    The FEI 611 System has been a long-time training tool. It is presently controlled by a Windows 3.11 system. This system was made to work with XP, but this version can't control the stage (FEI xP 2.25) unless a software mod is written to control a stage card (Oregon Microsystems). The system is capable of being put on Windows 11 with new scan software. The system was modified to be a dual-beam. Has a PFIB FEI VION installed. The AMRAY OEM SEM controls and head are available as well. The system also has a load lock and one injector. It comes with spares and schematics.
