Overview

The Heller 1500W is a versatile oven with a 26-inch-wide tunnel that can be fitted with either a single or dual-rail edge hold conveyor. The single-rail conveyor can carry large boards or multi-board panels up to 24 inches wide, while the dual-rail conveyor can independently adjust each side to convey boards as wide as ten inches. Both conveyor types offer computer-controlled automatic adjustment of width. Each rail’s speed is independently adjustable, allowing for two distinct temperature profiles to run simultaneously, supporting both reflow and short-term curing. This feature enables the concurrent conveyance of two production lines with any combination of board sizes and conveyor speeds, potentially eliminating the need for a second oven.
