The Heller 788 is a continuous cure, vertical format oven designed for assembly line integration. It conveys products on rails inside the oven in a continuous stream with cycle times as short as 25 seconds. It features four internal thermal zones with independent time and temperature controls, enabling a wide range of curing or encapsulant profiles, including two-step curing. Curing times can range from a few minutes to several hours, with a pass-through cycle also available. The oven is clean room compatible and maintains temperature uniformity in air or nitrogen atmospheres. It can handle product widths from two to 18 inches and thicknesses as thin as .015 inch. The Heller 788 offers conveyor width adjustability, carrier versatility, and a variety of shuttle mechanisms. Its continuous processing eliminates temperature fluctuations, ensuring consistent output.

The Heller 1088 Total Forced Convection Surface Mount Reflow System is a world-class solder reflow system that offers a range of benefits and features. It is an 8 heating zone forced convection reflow system with 4 heaters above and below the conveyor, ensuring rapid and uniform heat transfer. The system boasts Extra High Volume® heating modules and fast reaction heating modules that respond to load variations in just 1/10 of a second. The system has a totally usable 18" (45cm) belt width and a heated tunnel length of 43.5" (111cm). It maintains a cross belt temperature variation of <+/- 3oC. The system is totally computer-controlled, with 3 thermocouple profiling for optimized temperature profiles.
