It is an 8 heating zone forced convection reflow system with 4 heaters above and below the conveyor, ensuring rapid and uniform heat transfer. The system boasts Extra High Volume® heating modules and fast reaction heating modules that respond to load variations in just 1/10 of a second. The system has a totally usable 18" (45cm) belt width and a heated tunnel length of 43.5" (111cm). It maintains a cross belt temperature variation of <+/- 3oC.
