Overview

The YS24 is a compact, super-high-speed modular mounter with an excellent mounting capability of 72,000 CPH (0.05 sec/CHIP). It features a “Dual Stage Conveyor” and has an area-productivity of 34 kCPH/m2, making it top class in the world. The YS24 is capable of handling super large PCBs up to L700 x W460mm and is compatible with the YAMAHA Dual Lane System. It has a maximum feeder capacity of 120 and can handle components ranging from 0402 to 32 x 32mm.
