The NanoOCD 9300 stand-alone, automated metrology system is an optical critical dimension measurement system that provides direct recipe transfer to Nanometrics Integrated Metrology and stand-alone systems. This system can also include a mini-environment enclosure and wafer load ports compatible with industry standards.
