TIGER OPTICS HALO+ is a trace gas analyzer that uses Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy (CRDS) to detect and measure trace amounts of moisture, oxygen, and other gases in a variety of applications. It is designed for use in semiconductor manufacturing, industrial gas production, and other applications where trace gas detection is critical. The HALO+ is highly sensitive and accurate, with detection limits as low as parts per trillion (ppt) for some gases.
