Wave Soldering System The Electrovert VectraES is a high-tech wave soldering system designed for lead-free and challenging applications. It boasts features like a robust cast iron solder pot resistant to corrosive lead-free solders, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 315ºC. Stainless steel components are treated with ElectroCoat™ for corrosion resistance, and pure titanium is an optional upgrade. The UltraFill with FloLift technology nozzle enhances lead-free processes, minimizing issues like bridging and dross generation. The VectraES offers flexibility with various soldering technologies, setting an industry standard for versatility.
