Overview

The SYRUS 1105, manufactured by Leybold Heraeus, is a fully functional high vacuum coating system. It comes equipped with an Inficon X2 quartz Controller, a Leybold 7 pocket EB Gun with a sweep controller, two Resistance Electrodes, Quartz Heaters, a Diffusion pump with a water-cooled baffle, a Polycold model 660PFC, a Transformer that can step up or down, and two sets of sector plates.
