Varian/Agilent TriScroll 300 Inverter Dry Scroll Vacuum Pump ****The unit pumped down to 1.43 x 10-2 mbar after a little over 30 mins. of operation with the gas ballast port plugged. The unit seems a little loud as well. I measured it to be around 90 dB from about 2 or 3 feet away (using a cheap sound meter from Amazon). Using Agilent's APlus software there were no error codes and it said it was running normal.
