Overview

The ACCRETECH / TSK UF 200H is a Prober system. The TSK UF 200H can be used with 5”-8” wafer sizes. It has XY Position accuracy and pin to pad alignment. This system has fail mark inspection, needle alignment, and auto needle height setting.
