Yamaha YSM20R all-in-one surface mounter excels in versatility, supporting diverse component sizes and PCBs all on one platform. Transitioning between different tasks is a breeze, thanks to its high adaptability, which ensures uninterrupted high-mix production. It boasts an impressive mounting rate of 95,000 CPH and requires no head switches, accommodating components as small as 0201mm and as large as ultra-sized PCBs measuring L810 x W490. Its design eliminates unnecessary movements, ensuring continuous production even during changeovers, and can host up to 140 feeder slots. With its sophisticated tracking system, the YSM20R ensures top-notch quality during production, easily managing a variety of components and simplifying setup change

The YS24 is a compact, super-high-speed modular mounter with an excellent mounting capability of 72,000 CPH (0.05 sec/CHIP). It features a “Dual Stage Conveyor” and has an area-productivity of 34 kCPH/m2, making it top class in the world. The YS24 is capable of handling super large PCBs up to L700 x W460mm and is compatible with the YAMAHA Dual Lane System. It has a maximum feeder capacity of 120 and can handle components ranging from 0402 to 32 x 32mm. With its advanced features and capabilities, the YS24 is a powerful and versatile mounter for any production line.
