Overview

The LINTEC RAD 2500 F/8 SPL is a fully automatic wafer mounter for pre-cut dicing tapes. It can be applied to wafer sizes 150mm and 200mm. The RAD 2500 F/8 SPL consists of alignment function and TTC system which reduces voids at lamination. It is compatible with the following tapes: Adwill D Series, G series, Adwill LE tape. The RAD 2500 F/8 SPL boasts a max throughput of 100 wafers per hour.
