The ADVANTEST T6373 is an advanced test system featuring a high-speed and precision digitizer along with a DC (LCD ch) test unit configured for per-pin operation. This tester is specifically designed for testing many-pin and precision (10 bit/1024 gradation) driver ICs. Compared to its predecessor, the T6373 achieves an impressive throughput increase of up to 150%.
