Magic Mirror system available that works with 5”, 6” and 8” wafers. It is completely manual without any automation. It is very useful for imaging polishing defects such as dimples and mounds. Here is a link to this product family on the Hologenix website: https://www.hologenix.com/index.php/magic-mirror This particular system has 3 cameras (2 analog and one high res digital) It would come without the base to hold it or the wafer and without a PC or image capture and analysis software. The customer would need to fabricate or provide a stage/stand to hold the optics and the wafer. Alternatively, you could buy a brand new motorized stage/stand from Hologenix. You can also purchase a PC with a frame grabber and image capture software from Hologenix.Configuration
