Overview

The PARIO 1000 is an integrated tray and part handling palletizing system. Like all PARIOs, it is used for stacking and unstacking trays, but can also insert parts from trays into the process chain via Pick & Place or remove them from there. The options here are as varied as the customer‘s requirements, from placement/removal in a work piece carrier, shuttle, or conveyor belt to intermediate work steps such as scanning or cleaning to camera-based feature recognition. Tray formats up to a size of 400 x 600mm can be processed. Depending on the task and requirements, the PARIO 1000 can be used as a stand-alone machine or in combination with other PARIOs.
