The Line Loader loads PCBs from magazines into the line. The magazine platform can accommodate up to two magazines and cycles into position. An electrical extractor pulls the PCBs from the magazines onto an integrated side shuttle. The side shuttle aligns the PCBs to the proper unloading position of the downstream unit. The powder coated steel frame ensures process stability and excellent durability.

VEGO BLO 03

The LSB03 is used to load bare boards for printing or marking into SMT-production lines. The PCB stack is manually loaded into the machine and the separated PCBs are handed over to the downstream system on a transfer conveyor.

The line loading station AES 01 is used to automatically feed PCB´s into a SMT-production line or into individual process machines e.g. stencil printers, pick and place systems, reflow ovens or test systems. The AES01 uses an electrically driven pusher to slide the PCB`s out of the magazine and onto the receiving conveyor of the following unit. The magazines are changed manually.

PARIO 2000 is loaded manually from the outside with equipped trays. The tray stacks move automatically into the palletiser where they are separated. A gripper – mounted on a Y-Z-system – removes the products and places them onto the assembly line. The empty trays are piled to a tray stack and conveyed automatically out of the machine at the end of the process. PARIO 2000 can be used for loading or unloading of trays.

The PARIO 1000 is an integrated tray and part handling palletizing system. Like all PARIOs, it is used for stacking and unstacking trays, but can also insert parts from trays into the process chain via Pick & Place or remove them from there. The options here are as varied as the customer‘s requirements, from placement/removal in a work piece carrier, shuttle, or conveyor belt to intermediate work steps such as scanning or cleaning to camera-based feature recognition. Tray formats up to a size of 400 x 600mm can be processed. Depending on the task and requirements, the PARIO 1000 can be used as a stand-alone machine or in combination with other PARIOs.

VEGO AMS 01

The PARIO 4000 3-shaft palletizer with integrated component handling is optimized for large quantities in serial production. It is designed for internal logistics based on the standard floor rollers (trolley). Components delivered on trolleys as stacked trays up to a height of 1400 mm can directly be pushed into the PARIO 4000 or removed with any further repacking. The PARIO is therefore an integrated part of the logistics chain. This concept and its high level of autonomy get the optimal palletizer for loading and unloading of automated assembly lines.

The  Line Unloader receives PCBs from upstream and transfers them via an integrate conveyor segment and an electrical pusher arm into a magazine. Once a PCB is loaded in the magazine, the magazine platform will index to the next slot. A programmable pre-warning limit will alert an operator to change the magazine manually. The  powder coated steel frame ensures process stability and excellent durability.

Several tray stacks will be lifted from the euro-pallet by using a fork lift / jack and moved from the PARIO 5000 into the operating position. Then they will be processed tray by tray by a gripper. The relevant upper tray will be taken by the tray handling, lifted, proceeded and placed on stand by module module. Immediately afterwards the second handling will pick up a processed tray and drop it on the exit stack. At the same time another tray laying on the indexing table will be processed, means loaded and unloaded. With PARIO 5000 tray stacks can be loaded or unloaded.

The  Bare Board  Loader separates PCBs from a stack and feeds them to the production line, by dropping the bottom PCB onto the conveyor belt. The magazine stack height is 200 mm, new PCBs can be added on the top of the stack without stopping the system. The powder coated steel frame ensures process stability and excellent durability.

The loading station AMS 03D is used to automatically unload PCBs from an SMT-production line or from individual process machines e.g. stencil printers, pick and place systems, reflow ovens or test systems.

The system is used for contactless antistatic cleaning of unpopulated printed circuit boards. During the transfer of the PCB, dust particles on the surface are dissolved by ionized air using compressed air-supported flat jet nozzles and sucked upwards. The cleaned and neutralized board is then transferred to the downstream stencil printer. The intelligent electrostatic discharge through high-frequency technology ensures optimum discharge performance.

The tray handling system PARIO 700 fl ex buffers trays in an automated production line. The system is docked to a process system. The system enables independent loading and unloading of trays during the manufacturing process, allowing efficient operation and simple and fast setup of the system. A single tray is placed on the loading conveyor of the PARIO 700 fl ex. A lifting conveyor delivers this tray to a certain position in the buffer. If the tray is requested by the docked process system, the tray is retrieved from the buffer and made available on the lower track of the process system for loading or unloading. Alternatively, the entire buffer can also be loaded and unloaded via a separate access.

The high-end Tray Handling System PARIO 3000 is loaded manually from the outside with equipped trays. The tray stacks move automatically into the palletiser where they are separated. A gripper system – mounted on a Y-Z-system – removes the products and places them onto the assembly line. The empty trays are piled to a tray stack and conveyed automatically out of the machine at the end of the process. PARIO 3000 can be used for loading or unloading of trays.

The  Turn Table is typically located in a SMD line which requires a 90 degree turn or a sorting feature. The conveyor segment is mounted on an pneumatic turn table and PCBs are routed based upon the run mode or an external signal. Possible run modes are pass through, load, offload and sort. The BBS 20 buffer station consists of multiple closed conveyor segments built on top of each other for intermediate storage of up to 20 PCBs for subsequent handover to the downstream system. Arriving PCBs are taken over onto the buffer segment and positioned. If required, the PCBs can be buffered and automatically handed over to the downstream machine using the FIFO principle. It can be used to store PCBs after an oven, a pick and place or inspection (AOI) system for compensation of process related downtimes. The BBS 20 functions according to the FIFO (First In / First Out) principle. The design of the buffer allows to handle easily PCB´s with sidelong cut-outs

The  Flip Station is used in SMD production lines to invert PCBs 180° in transport direction. This flip function will change the leading and trailing edge. The incoming PCB is halted by a stopper on the conveyor system and flipped over by a rotating mechanism. After completion of the process the PCB is offloaded to the downstream system. The powder coated steel frame ensures process stability and excellent durability.

The  Lift Gate is a transport conveyor that can create an opening in a production line. The conveyor segment can be hinged open by the operator and has to be closed manually again. The opening is 845 mm wide. The powder coated steel frame ensures process stability and excellent durability.

The PARIO 500 palletizing system is used for stacking and destacking of tray stacks and thus for orderly loading and unloading of trays in automated processes. In combination with a process machine or integrated into a production line, tray stacks are loaded/unloaded at an ergonomic height. Depending on the desired layout, the PARIO 500 is available in a straight version (basic 0°) or an angled version (90°). The 0°-version also offers the option of width adjustment for mixed operation with multiple tray widths. Usually, the PARIO 500 is used in pairs, one as loader and the other as unloader. In addition to the two versions already mentioned, there are also versions for special logistics concepts such as the trolley. Here, the PARIO stacks or unstacks a tray stack on trolleys with height up to 1400mm. By a lift, which equalizes the different working heights, the PARIO 500 can also be loaded and unloaded with trays via an AIV.

The Line Unloader BUL 04 is used to automatically unload PCB‘s from an SMT-production line into magazines. It is equipped with an automatic magazine change for a continuing production process. It can easily be adapted to any magazine size. 3 to 5 magazines can be loaded in a row. The machine consists of a loading and unloading conveyor for magazines, a lifting axis with a magazine platform and an inlet conveyor with electrically-driven pusher. Arriving PCB‘s are taken over onto the inlet conveyor and then into the magazine. The electrically-driven pusher pushes the PCB completely into the magazine.

The  Rework Station is mostly placed after an Automatic Optical Inspection System (AOI). It is equipped with three single lane segments with a length of 530 mm each. The segments consist of two rails with separately driven transport belts. After receiving signals from the AOI “bad” PCBs are lifted on the middle segment for rework. In the meantime “good” PCBs can be transported freely below the lifted bad PCB. The “good/ bad” sorting can be deactivated at any time by a selector switch.

Line Loader loads PCBs from magazines into the production line. It is equipped with an automatic magazine change for a continuing production process. It can easily be adapted to any magazine size. 3 to 5 magazines can be loaded in a row. The machine consists of a loading and unloading conveyor for magazines, a lifting axis with a magazine platform and an electrically-driven pusher. The pusher pushes the PCB out of the magazine and into the next system.

The line loader AES 04 provides automatic magazine exchange for continuous loading out of a magazine. The unit consists of a loading and an unloading conveyor for magazines, a lifting axle with a magazine platform, an electrically driven pusher and an outlet conveyor b) for handover PCB´s to downline machine. The magazines are loaded onto the lower conveyor and transported into position on the magazine platform. From this position the PCB’s will be pushed out of the magazine. The empty magazine is then transported back over the upper conveyor and stored until manually removed.

The  Bare Board Unloader collects PCBs at the end of the production line into a single stack. The incoming PCB is positioned on the integrated conveyor. A lift unit then ads the PCB to the bottom of the stack. The maximum stack height is 200 mm and can be removed manually. The powder coated steel frame ensures process stability and excellent durability.

Loader with a lift axis for one magazine. This system is used to load PCBs from a magazine into a production line. The unit uses an electrical pusher to load PCBs from a magazine to the downstream system. Magazine needs to be changed manually. The AEM 02 is used for changing the direction in production lines. Subsequently, it can also be used to split or combine lines. The integrated rotating and linear drive guarantees great flexibility and makes the unit very variable to use. The machine is based on a stable steel frame which can support up to 4 additional inlet/outlet conveyors. The PCB is taken over onto the inlet conveyor and depending on the selected operating mode, is either turned or transported in a straight line through the machine to the corresponding downstream system.

The line loading station AES 03 Speed is used to automatically feed PCB´s into a SMT-production line or into individual process machines e.g. stencil printers, pick and place systems, reflow ovens or test systems. The PCBs are taken out of the magazine with an extractor mechanism and pulled onto the handover conveyor. The handover conveyor moves sideways on an integrated shuttle lift unit to the handover position and the PCB is subsequently handed over. The system is characterized by its short cycle time. The open magazine table is fixed in position and provides easy access to the magazines. Automatic switching to the next full magazine.

The LSE03 is used to stack bare boards after processes such as marking or after removal from carriers.

The PCB is taken over onto a conveyor and positioned. For stacking, the transport rails are retracted and the PCB falls onto the stack. The weight of the stack is supported on retractable rails which means that thin or pre-cut PCBs can be easily processed.
