Description

Designed for use next to a dicing saw Ultra-small footprint filtration system: This unit recycles dicing/grinding water and filters wastewater to reduce the load on equipment in the following processes. A dual type filter unit with two CC Filters installed for high processing flow rate and a single type emphasizing a small foot print are available. CC Filter for equipment miniaturization and high recycling efficiency: The CC filter unit uses DISCO’s original filter design for a high filtration rate and with a long life. Suspended particles that are collected by the CC filter can be easily discarded with the filter. Improves the CoO of the dicing water circulation system (when connected to a DTU162): A large portion of the suspended particles in the dicing wastewater are collected by the CC Filter. This reduces the number of filters required by the DTU162 and reduces the filter cost. Furthermore, the frequency with which filters have to be replaced is reduced, in turn reducing maintenance time, and helping to increase the utilization rate of dicing saws. Reduces the load on existing wastewater treatment equipment: By incorporating the CC Filter Unit as the first level of water filtration, the load on existing wastewater treatment facilities can be reduced. This improves the wastewater treatment capacity without having to expand existing facilities.

Configuration

This unit looks to be in new or like-new condition. It is guaranteed to work. I am not sure which filter mesh sized filters are installed but I believe they are 10 ~ 15 µm filters.
