The ALeader ASR600I AOI is specifically designed to inspect assembled PCB’s after the wave soldering process. The system inspects the PCB from the bottom, it is equipped with the special pin conveyor allowing to handle both heavy jigs and the standard PCB. Using state-of-the-art i3D Technology and supported by powerful algorithms, ASR600I is easy to program and it delivers high speed performance giving no escapes and extremely low FA rate on the most complicated and challenging of PCB assemblies. SMT components are inspected for all defects including component marks and the color. TH components are examined for all types of the solder defects.

With its small footprint and quiet operation, ALD7120 can be used in production as well as in the lab environment. The system uses state-of-art i3D technology and equipped with the high-speed camera and the multidirectional lighting module. The standard configuration includes SPC and Repair software, installed on the system. The ALD7120 can be used to inspect PCBs after reflow, after wave, components on adhesives and more.

Innovative – automatic warpage compensation and measurement floor recognition method based on the color filter. Effective combination of the high quality color 2D image and large 3D measurement range allows an easy identification of the pads as a zero level for the paste height measurement. The method completely eliminates influence of the PCB warpage. The process is completely automatic and no actions from user are required. Precise – height measurement based on Phase Measurement Profilometry (PMP). Bi-directional phase shifting projection system ensures accurate and noise resistant measurement of the paste height and volume.
