Overview

The SSEC M3340 (often referred to in semiconductor manufacturing as the SSEC 3340 or part of the 3300/3400 series) is an automated, high-precision single-wafer wet processing platform. Originally developed by Solid State Equipment LLC (SSEC)—whose wet processing product lines were later acquired by companies like Veeco—the tool is a staple in cleanrooms for processing semiconductor substrates, MEMS, and advanced packaging components.
