UV Curing System. Has a nitrogen blanket to assure complete curing of the UV adhesive, a microprocessor-based programmable controller, a lamp intensity measurement port, and a serpentine-style grid lamp for even, consistent UV-exposure. Accommodates up to 12” wafers.
