The Prometrix UV-1280SE is a production thin film measurement system that combines dual-beam spectrophotometry and broadband spectroscopic ellipsometry. It can directly measure film thickness, refractive index, and extinction coefficient of single- and multi-layer thin film stacks simultaneously.
