The NanoSpec 9300is stand-alone, automated thin film measurement system is a DUV-visible spectroscopic reflectometer based system that provides direct recipe transfer to Nanometrics Integrated Metrology and stand-alone systems. This system can also include a mini-environment enclosure and wafer load ports compatible with industry standards.
