NEW Disco DTU162 Water Temperature Control Unit

Support for Dicing Quality:
The DTU162 keeps both spindle cooling water and cutting water at a constant temperature and suitable pressure. It thereby helps manage expansion, contraction, and other undesirable pheomena caused by water temperature fluctuation.

Reduced Environmental Impact:
By circulating used cutting water and precipitation filtration of water-borne debris, the DTU162 significantly reduces water consumption and environmental impact. Further, the refrigerant used in the DTU162 is a completely non-ozone-depleting hydrofluorocarbon (R-407C).

Small Footprint:
The efficient design of the DTU162's interior makes a very small unit footprint possible.

Easy Maintenance: Use of long 20" filters allows for less frequent replacements. Interior layout designed for maximizing the simplicity of regular maintenance.

Stable processing quality
Dtu162 circulation type constant temperature water supply device provides constant temperature and pressure cooling water for spindle and cutting water for cutter circulation, so it can minimize the impact of temperature change and improve cutting quality. 

Reduce environmental impact 
Dtu162 adopts circulation mode to precipitate and filter solid particles such as cutting debris in cutting water, which can greatly reduce the use of cutting water. In addition, HFC (R-407C) with zero ozone layer destruction coefficient is selected refrigerant to further reduce the environmental impact.
