The Disco Corporation DAD3230 Automatic Dicing Saw is a compact dicing saw for Φ6-inch workpieces with superior expandability. It is compatible with 6 x 6-inch workpieces using a user-specified specification. It has a cutting range of 160/220 mm (optional accessory) on the X-axis and 162 mm on the Y-axis. The maximum stroke on the Z-axis is 32.2 mm (with Φ2 inch blades). The maximum rotating angle of the θ-axis is 320 degrees. The spindle has a rated output of 1.5 kW and a rated torque of 0.48 N・m.
