Overview

The TM-006 is a high-precision measurement device with a measuring range of ø6 mm (0.24"). It is capable of detecting objects as small as 0.04 mm (0.001") and has a transmitter/receiver distance of 60 mm (2.36"). The light source for the device is a GaN Green LED, and it has a measurement accuracy of ±0.5 µm (±0.000020") 1 and repeatability of ±0.06 µm2.
