Paragon-Xpress 50 is the leading Laser Direct Imaging (LDI) solution for mass production digital imaging of fine line HDI, F lex and Rigid-F lex applications. Based on Orbotech’s proven Large Scan Optics (LSO) Technology™ , the system is designed for high speed throughput of up to 5,000 panels per day. With high resolution of 15µm and registration accuracy down to ±10µm, Paragon-Xpress 50 enables improved yields and productivity on the most advanced PCB applications.
