The QATM Qpol 250 A1-ECO is a single-wheel grinding and polishing machine designed for metallographic sample preparation. It accommodates working wheels with diameters of 200 or 250 mm and is operated via a 4.3-inch touch screen. The machine features a single-disc design that eliminates the need for a carrier disc, simplifying the preparation process without compromising performance. It offers adjustable pressure, speed, and rotation direction for both the head and working disc. Additionally, the Qpol 250 A1-ECO includes a spin cycle function (Cleaning Boost) that spins the grinding and polishing medium at 750 rpm for 3 seconds at the end of the preparation process to aid in drying.
