Overview

The AIS 4500 is a high-speed pin insertion machine offered by Autosplice for high volume production needs. It can be used for both single PCBs and multiple boards. The machine can insert through hole pins or stamped terminals into printed circuit boards at a high speed, reducing the cost of manual connector placement. The compact pneumatic heads can be quickly changed to insert different components.
