Overview

The IMS Vanguard, our flagship engineering validation test product introduced by IMS in 1999, can send and receive data from ICs under test at up to 1 Gbs and accounted for the majority of our logic family sales in 2002 and 2003. The logic engineering validation test system family includes the Vanguard 500, 330 and most recently introduced 550.
