Overview

The EXA3000, introduced in 2000, is a high performance functional test platform capable of testing a wide range of ICs. The EXA3000 provides a wide performance range from 400 MHz to 3.2 GHz, allowing the test of most SOCs, microprocessors and graphics ICs. The EXA3000 is used for characterization and final test.
