Overview

Introduced in fiscal 2000, the ASL 2000 is an extension of the ASL 1000 featuring an increased number of instruments, expansion to increased digital capability, and DSP based mixed signal test. The ASL 2000 is capable of testing more complex devices and more devices in parallel and targets a wide range of ICs used in personal communications.
