Overview

One of Delta Design’s original offerings, the Delta 40xx series handler is specifically designed to run carrier mounted devices from 3/4" up to 4". These original Delta Design handlers are very well suited for either production lots of carrier mounted devices or engineering lots for custom packages that can be mounted in a carrier. Both handlers also feature 30 minute change over time, vertically mounted contactors, and plunge style contactors that can be retrofitted for plunge to board applications. Single site, Tri-temperature (-60°C to +160° ± 1°C), Carrier mounted devices 3" up to 4" (PGA, QFP, Flat Pack, LCC, PLCC, Hybrid + Custom), UPH ~750, Single sleeve input, 5 sleeve output featuring closed loop positive binning.
