Overview

Daymarc, acquired by Cohu in June 1994, was established in 1959. It was the first company to introduce fully automatic, gravity-feed test handlers. Daymarc test handlers are designed for high throughput, maximum operator productivity and small footprint. Each model achieves superior semiconductor product yield through the use of proprietary, high performance contacting technology.
