Advanced Modular Systems Inc. was founded in response to an industry need for the unique requirements of the high volume manufacturing of piezoelectric thin films. Beginning with our development of the world's first system for high volume production of piezoelectric Aluminum Nitride for FBAR technology, we have continued to provide innovative solutions to customers worldwide.
